Dubai is the second largest of seven Emirates that comprise the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E). Dubai's population is estimated at 700,000.

 

Although the capital is of the UAE is Abu Dhabi, Dubai is the centre of trade and tourism. In fact, Dubai's economy is largely based on trading, manufacturing and tourism with only 20% actually being contributed from oil sales

Deira is the area around the Dubai International Airport and is the older, more traditional side of Dubai. Deira is famous for its' bustling old Souks of gold and spices as well as a huge fish fish                                       market.

Bur Dubai is the new modern Dubai, complete with multirise apartment complexes, hotels, shopping malls, parks and an advanced banking, road and communication network.
